Exchange Policy:
At ENAZ, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple and convenient exchange process subject to the terms outlined below.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Any product showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not qualify for exchange.
Customers may request an exchange for reasons including size issues, product defects, damaged items received during delivery, or receiving an incorrect item. Exchange requests must be submitted within the eligible exchange period.
Before processing an exchange, our team may request photographs of the product to verify its condition. Once approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the exchange procedure.
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted campaigns may not be eligible for exchange unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that exchanged items are securely packaged before shipment. ENAZ is not responsible for products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement product as quickly as possible. Exchange processing times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, our customer support team will assist in selecting an alternative product of equal value whenever possible.
ENAZ reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
